This apartment has a wonderful balcony, which almost goes to a pedestrian crossing (20 meters).

I met with the owner in the evening, when I watched the apartment, I was surprised with what trepidation he talked about how much effort he put into this apartment, which he prepared for his relatives and regretted some points that did not bring them to perfection. In the bedroom there is a bed with a new mattress, a TV on the wall, and below it there is a pseudo fireplace which with its muffled imitation of fire will give warmth and tranquility to the atmosphere of relaxation. The apartment is unusually calm and comfortable.

I especially want to note the transport accessibility of this house. A 5-minute walk from the Avtovo metro station from which you can reach any part of the city in a matter of minutes. If you are the owner of a car, then you are just lucky, since all the main traffic jams will not concern you, they are usually on the way to the entrance to the South-West. To the airport 15 minutes of a clean way, to the Ring Road 10 minutes, to the city center 15 minutes. If you like to spend free time walking in the historic suburbs - Petrodvorets and Pushkin, a 30-minute drive. Lomonosov and Pavlovsk + 15 minutes.

I want to say from myself that already entering the courtyard you understand how Stalin's times intersect with our time.
