Pricing FAQ

A monthly plan that includes 10 GB of storage: Start costs 5 coins and Pro 10 coins a month. If your account holds more than 10 GB of commercial files, each further started 10 GB adds the same amount. Files that are favourited, curated or inside a kept tour do not count.

Coins are the site currency. Packs: 5 coins = $10, 10 = $20, 35 = $50, 75 = $100, paid by card through Stripe. You can also earn coins for free by publishing panoramas that get curated.

They stay online while your account is active. Cleanup only ever considers panoramas whose owner has not used the account for 12 months and that nobody has viewed for 12 months, and even then we email you twice first. Favourited, curated and tour panoramas are never touched. A paid plan takes everything in the account out of scope.

15 per 30 days on Free, 50 on Start and 500 on Pro. Each file can be up to 500 MB and up to 65,500 x 32,750 pixels.

No. Embedding works on every plan. Start shows embeds without the splash screen, and Pro lets you hide the logo and controls for a white-label player.
