Tallinn Town Hall Pharmacy is the oldest pharmacy in Europe, operating in the same building throughout its history. The exact date of the establishment of the pharmacy is unknown, but according to the City Hall record book, it is known that the Town Hall Pharmacy already had a third owner in 1422.
