The Ust-Ivanovo Culture and Leisure Center was established in 1949 and joined the Municipal Autonomous Institution of Culture "Center for Culture and Sports of the Blagoveshchensky District" on March 31, 2014. The institution has 19 cultural and leisure groups, which are attended by 373 people. These are vocal groups: "Bambini", "Creative", "Fantasy", "Preparatory", "Different", "Little Country", "Kadans", the rock group "Oda", the folklore ensemble "Sudarushki". There are: a children's creativity studio "Creation", a circle of a young correspondent "Vzglyad", a circle of playing the synthesizer, as well as sports circles.
