Hosting on TrueVirtualTours has three plans. Free covers everything a photographer needs to publish and embed panoramas and tours. Start and Pro add the professional features and are paid in coins. This page explains what each plan costs, what the coins are, and how storage is counted, so there are no surprises on the pricing page.

What are coins?
Coins are the site currency. Paid plans are charged in coins once a month: 5 coins for Start, 10 for Pro. Coins are sold in packs by card through Stripe: 5 coins for $10, 10 for $20, 35 for $50, 75 for $100. You can also earn coins for free by publishing panoramas that are selected for the curated galleries.
How storage is counted
Each paid plan includes 10 GB of storage. If your account holds more than 10 GB of commercial files, every additional started 10 GB adds the same monthly amount: an account with 25 GB on Start pays 15 coins a month, on Pro 30 coins. Files that are favourited by other users, curated by the editors or part of a tour that is kept do not count towards the total.
Most accounts never reach the second block: a typical panorama from a 360° camera is 10 to 30 MB, so 10 GB holds several hundred of them.
What happens on the Free plan
Free panoramas stay online while your account is active. Cleanup only ever considers panoramas whose owner has not used the account for 12 months and which nobody has viewed for 12 months, and even then we email you twice before anything happens. Favourited, curated and tour panoramas are never touched. A paid plan takes everything in the account out of scope.
Do I need a paid plan?
- To publish panoramas and tours, share links and embed them: no, Free is enough.
- To upload more than 15 panoramas a month, add floor plans, audio, 360° video or keep tours unlisted: Start.
- To remove all branding from embeds, add polygon info points or post-process images: Pro.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a yearly plan?
Plans are monthly and paid from your coin balance. Buying a larger pack (75 coins for $100) lowers the effective monthly price.
Can I switch between Start and Pro?
Yes, from the pricing page at any time; the new rate applies from the next monthly charge.
What if I run out of coins?
The plan features pause until the balance is topped up. Your panoramas and tours stay online.
Are there price differences by resolution?
No. Every plan accepts panoramas up to 65,500 x 32,750 pixels and 500 MB per file.
