Virtual tour: Small beavers - ski slopes in the Kaliningrad region. We visited probably the only "ski resort" in the Kaliningrad region. Apparently, this is the only opportunity for Kaliningradians and residents of the region to go skiing, snowboarding and inflatable “vartushki”.

Here you can rent skis and snowboards. Although there are some inconveniences in terms of queue. We had to stand about 1 hour to pay for the skis for ourselves and cheesecakes for children, and then, for 2 hours, we waited for cheesecakes. I managed to go skiing - this is my first skiing experience.

Since the lift did not work that day, I had to go up myself - this is an excellent training for my sedentary work.

In general, I liked the rest. It is a pity that winter with snow, judging by the forecast in the coming months will not be.

  • This winter snow on Sakhalin is even less than in Kaliningrad. On the "Mountain Air" have not yet been. And today is January 9, 2017. There is little real snow, and the only route that is provided with artificial snow means that people will not run over. We are waiting for the snow from nature.

As far as I remember, there is much more snow on Sakhalin than in Kaliningrad.
